TIMELESS SIGNALS

The Business

Ericsson is a global technology company based in Sweden that builds networks and digital solutions used worldwide. Their work helps connect people, businesses, and societies through digital infrastructure.

My Role

My contribution was part of a larger Valtech team. I supported research and narrative planning on how established brands can communicate heritage in a way that feels relevant today.

What I Did

  • Reviewed how established brands, such as LEGO and Levi’s, communicate history and legacy

  • Captured tone cues that link past and present in a clear and credible way

  • Shared notes on how trust signals differ across generations to support thoughtful storytelling choices

Focus Areas

  • Heritage relevance

  • Trust signals

  • Cultural timing

How This Helped

These insights supported storytelling discussions and helped inform direction for Ericsson’s 150-year milestone communication.

Tools and methods

  • Narrative analysis

  • Cultural reference research

Collaboration Note

This work was delivered as part of a broader Valtech team effort. My contribution focused on research-based inputs and documentation to support alignment and next steps.
