Problem
Existing content lacked structure and clarity. Topics were chosen by intuition rather than evidence, and there was no consistent read on what audiences were actually responding to.
Insight
Sensitive categories need data-led messaging. Assumption-led copy fails fast and erodes trust.
Idea
Use content performance data to ground messaging in what audiences actually respond to.
