Context

Agency-side editorial work on a recurring internal newsletter and social content rollout.

Problem

The newsletter was too long and lacked structure. Readers had to dig for what mattered, and there was no consistent rhythm across LinkedIn and Instagram.

Insight

Health communication only works when it sounds like a person, not a policy.

Idea

Restructure the editorial format and align channel cadence so the work reads as a publication, not a dump.
